SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

The management of Divetech Underwater Services strives to ensure that being trust worthy to our clients and customers. Management is responsible for the safety and health of our employees and prevention of harm to the environment. 

Our Scope of work and activities are the designed to provide all kinds of underwater works related to marine, underwater ship works, and civil diving works. In order to provide client satisfactory services for
 the designated scope of work we adopt an International standard of work culture by involving Internal QA/AC and QHSE policy.  We meet the requirements of international standards hence certified by 
ADCI, IDSA, Maritime classification societies and ISO.

Divetech Underwater Services believes it’s the moral duty and lawful activities to full fill and follow all legal obligations and procedures in order to provide a safe and healthy work place with a quality based  work environment. Hence it’s the Policy of Divetech management to ensure the below Code of conduct in all it’s operations.

• We ensure our organisation is managed with professionalism.
• We ensure our clients receive what we promise as a quality based client satisfactory services.
• We ensure our personnel are medically fit at all times ,  create awareness of illness and precautions
• We ensure office premises and  the work place is safe, the equipment are calibrated and maintained
• We ensure the harm to the environment from company activity is minimized.

Following are the principles applied to prevent damages to environment and to create a safe environment. 

• QHSE policy is educated and understood to all personnel and clients at all levels.
• Accidents can be minimized by proper management and following safety standards at all times.
• Proper safe work planning will prevent accidents at work site, damages to property and environment.
• We strive to maintain safe method of handling the equipment and storing it at the right place.
• We conduct our businesses with respect and care for the environment and without compromising 
• the health and safety of people, whether employees, customers or citizens around the world.

This statement of policy is the cornerstone of the company’s QHSE System and this policy is communicated openly to everyone and everyone has equal status to follow the policy to maintain the QHSE at all places.
this policy will be reviewed and updated annually.
